Disabling Autocorrect For Specific Apps in OS X

We all love jokes about autocorrect because they're just so ducking relatable. That said, we still find ourselves frustrated by it. We leave it on system-wide because, more often than not, it's helpful. So what about that one app where autocorrect is always a pain? Turn it off!

1. Open the app you want to disable autocorrect for and put your cursor in a text-entry field
2. Click the Edit menu and choose Spelling and Grammar
3. Turn off Correct Spelling Automatically

Now you can use your slang and business jargon unfettered by a dictionary that just doesn't get you. Enjoy.
